These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AiTechSupport (“the Service”), a product of Airevo. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
AiTechSupport lets you build an AI assistant that answers your customers on your website and other channels, with the option for a member of your team to take over a conversation.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must be authorised to act for the organisation you register.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You are responsible for that content and confirm you have the rights to use it. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it to provide the Service.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, or that is offensive or misleading.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
AI-generated answers
Your assistant generates answers automatically from your content and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for the content it draws on and for reviewing answers where accuracy matters. The Service is a tool to assist, not to replace professional judgement.
Plans, billing and trials
We offer a free plan and paid plans with monthly usage limits. Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up (payments processed by Billplz). Usage beyond your plan’s limits may be restricted until you upgrade or your billing period resets.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or make changes to the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
