- Account information — your name, email, organisation name, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
- Your content — the documents, text, and links you add to train your assistant (your “knowledge base”).
- Conversations — messages between your assistant and your end-customers, including any details a visitor chooses to share (such as a name or email for a human handoff).
- Usage data — basic analytics such as message volume and feature usage, to operate and improve the service.
- Cookies — essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and run the site.
How we use your data
We use this data to provide and operate the service — answering your customers, powering your dashboard and analytics, processing billing, sending service emails, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Your content and AI processing
Your assistant answers only from the content you provide. AI inference runs on our own servers; your content and conversations are not used to train shared or third-party models, and each organisation’s data is strictly isolated from every other.
Sharing and service providers
We share data only with the service providers needed to run AiTechSupport — for example our hosting infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing (Billplz) — and only to the extent required to provide the service. These providers are bound to protect your data.
Data retention
We retain account and conversation data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards as needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and strict tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
Your rights
